Pricing

We have a competitive pricing policy for the Berlin market, driven by our aim to provide excellent value. Our standards and service are of the highest quality.

General cleaning:

€19.69 incl VAT per hour for our general cleaning service. You also have the opportunity to tailor this clean to your needs by adding the following optional extras:

  • Key Collection €19.55
  • Fridge- €18.77
  • Oven- €18.77 
  • Inside Cabinets (+ €4.17 per Cabinet)
  • Windows per side (+ €2.92 per reachable Window side)

Deep and move-in/move-out cleaning:

€24.93 incl VAT per hour for deep and move-in/move-out cleaning services.

For longer cleaning services we can provide more than one agent and adjust the hourly rate accordingly e.g two agents would be billed at price per hour x 2.

Recommended cleaning times:

Please see our time estimates below to calculate how much cleaning your flat will need. These estimates are based on homes which have had recent regular cleaning and are in good condition. If this is not the case please book more hours.

If you book less hours than we suggest, or your apartment has not had recent regular cleaning, our cleaner will work on priority areas and do as much as they can in the time.

General clean: 

  • 30 sqm to 50 sqm: 2-3 hours
  • 50 sqm to 85 sqm: 3-4 hours
  • 85 sqm to 120 sqm: 4-5 hours
  • 120 sqm plus: 6+ service hours (minimum of 2 agents working together)

Deep clean:

  • 30 sqm to 50 sqm: 6-8 service hours total (1 -2 agents)
  • 50 sqm to 85 sqm: 8-14 service hours total (2-3 agents working together)
  • 85 sqm to 120 sqm: 14-18 service hours total (3-4 agents working together)
  • 120 sqm plus: 18+ service hours total (minimum 4 agents working together)

Move in/out clean (Presuming apartment is mostly empty of belongings)

  • 30 sqm to 50 sqm: 5-6 service hours total (1 -2 agents)
  • 50 sqm to 85 sqm: 6-12 service hours total (2 agents working together)
  • 85 sqm to 120 sqm: 12-15 service hours total (2-3 agents working together)
  • 120 sqm plus: 15+ service hours total (minimum 3 agents working together)
